Our goal is to provide​ the highest level of physiotherapy services to all members of the community. We utilize treatments supported by current evidence based research. We believe in approaching treatment with a strong emphasis on manual and manipulative therapy combined with exercise and education. In addition, we strive to make environmentally conscious choices in all aspects of our business.

Alison graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 2013, and completed her AFCI certification in acupuncture in 2016. Alison has worked in several orthopedic private practices, with a focus on musculoskeletal injury management. Her practice focuses on hands-on treatments, therapeutic exercises, acupuncture, and electrical modalities. She has a special interest in treating horseback riders, and has over 20 years of experience in the horse industry. In her spare time she enjoys 3 day eventing, dressage, and rock climbing.

Jane graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2008 with a bachelor of science in Kinesiology. She then went on to complete her master of physical therapy at the University of British Columbia in 2010. Jane has worked in orthopedics and has a special interest in pediatrics. Jane is a former member of the Canadian Trampoline and Tumbling team and enjoys working with gymnasts in the clinic. In her spare time Jane likes hiking, snowshoeing, and skiing.

Cheryl graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelor in Kinesiology (BKIN) in 2008 before going on to complete her Masters in Physical Therapy (MPT) from the University of British Columbia in 2010. Since graduating she has worked in a variety of orthopedic focused private practice clinics. In 2014 she successfully completed her Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy, as well as, her certification for Gunn IMS Dry Needling. Most recently Cheryl completed her training for Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation and is excited to be a part of the Women’s Health Community. Cheryl keeps herself busy as a mom of two young children, but can also be found at her CrossFit gym, paddling, or running with friends.

Murray graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Saskatchewan in 1997. He has worked in private practice in the Lower Mainland since this time with a focus on musculoskeletal assessment and treatment. Murray has worked with teams and athletes in a variety of sports. A diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy was obtained in 2001. He has also been an IMS practitioner for the past 13 years. While not especially a gifted athlete, he participates in hockey, running and cycling.

Pete started his career by obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology (with distinction) before pursuing his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. He now has over 16 years of experience in fitness, injury rehabilitation for sports, motor vehicle accidents and work-related incidents. Pete has spent time as a trainer for rugby and Junior Hockey, youth and adult strength training classes, and holds additional certifications in Kettlebells and Mobility with Agatsu.

Pete has over 10 years experience as a competitive powerlifter and has held several BC records in his weight class from 2014 until 2019 and has meddled (silver and gold) at 2018 and 2023 (Bench) Canadian Nationals. He has coached a Masters 3 lifter to the National level. In 2023, deadlifted 507lbs in competition (3.5x his bodyweight).

Treatment Approach:

-Client focused treatment plans for return to activities

-Evidence based patient education, rehabilitation exercises, dry needling (IMS), manual therapy and modalities such as Shock Wave Therapy

Special Interests:

-Post fracture and surgery rehab -Treatment of neck, shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and ankle -Tendon issues

Katie graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelor in Kinesiology in 2015 before completing her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. She has previous experience focusing on exercise therapy in active rehabilitation programs and is passionate about helping others to recover so they can enjoy an active lifestyle. She is a former national level artistic gymnast and in her spare time she enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and wake surfing.
